What RustCorn is for
Most Rust questions that end in a number have the same answer: look it up, multiply, hope you did not miss a step. How many rockets for three garage doors and a stone wall? How much charcoal is hiding inside those rockets? How long does 5,000 sulfur ore take in two large furnaces? What does the Tool Cupboard want for the week if seven people are authed on it? Each of the six tools on this site takes one of those questions and does the arithmetic for you, in the browser, with no account and no app.
The numbers come from one place, the same data file that both the tools and the pages are built from, and that file is checked against Rust Labs after each monthly update. The date at the bottom of every tool says when it was last confirmed, so you can tell at a glance whether the figures already reflect the latest patch.
Rust gambling sites, kept separate
RustCorn is the Rust-focused sister site of CSGOCorn, which tests and ranks skin gambling sites. The Rust gambling sites page explains how these sites work, what to check before you deposit a skin and where the current ranked list lives. It is clearly marked, it is for adults only and it stays out of the calculators, so you can use the tools without ever seeing it if that is not your thing.
Frequently asked questions
Is RustCorn free?
Yes. Every calculator and guide is free, there is no sign-up and nothing is locked behind an account. The site earns from links to CSGOCorn, which lists gambling sites, and that is the only commercial part of it.
Are the numbers for vanilla Rust?
Yes. Raid counts, recipes, smelting speeds, upkeep brackets and recycler rates are vanilla values checked against Rust Labs, and the date of the last check is printed under each tool. Modded servers with multipliers will differ.
How often are the tools updated?
After every monthly force wipe update, and sooner when Facepunch changes something mid-month. If a figure looks wrong to you, compare it with Rust Labs and the Facepunch wiki; those are the sources the site uses.
Do the calculators work on a phone?
Yes. They are built for small screens first: big tap targets, a running total pinned to the bottom of the screen and no horizontal scrolling. Your selection is saved in the page link, so you can send it to your group from the same phone.
Is RustCorn the same as CSGOCorn?
They are run by the same people. CSGOCorn covers CS2 and Rust skin gambling sites; RustCorn is the Rust tools site, with one page that points to CSGOCorn's Rust list.
